Norton Rose Fulbright expands banking team in Frankfurt with structured finance duo

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is expanding its banking and finance practice in Frankfurt with the addition of partner Dr Stefan Schramm and counsel Carolin Glänzel from Eversheds Sutherland. They represent lenders, private equity investors, sponsors and borrowers in the origination, syndication, securitisation and restructuring of domestic and cross-border real estate, corporate (including acquisition), project and asset finance transactions.

Carolin joined the firm on July 1, 2021 and Stefan will follow on August 1, 2021.
