- Represented lenders to the US$11 billion debt financing of SunZia Wind and Transmission, a 3,515 MW wind facility and 550-mile transmission line and the largest clean energy infrastructure project in the US (North America Deal of the Year, Infrastructure Investor Awards, 2024).
- Represented lenders to the US$1.3 billion construction debt financing of Mammoth South, Mammoth Central and Mammoth Central II, a combined 900 MW photovoltaic system in Indiana (North America Emerging Energy Deal of the Year, ProximoInfra, 2025).
- Represented a US government agency in connection with a US$1.66 billion guaranteed loan to a subsidiary of Plug Power Inc. to finance the development and construction of up to six green hydrogen facilities in the US.
- Represented a US government agency with the restructuring of construction loans for the solar thermal system operating at Ivanpah Solar Electric Generating System in California.
- Represented the borrower to the debt financing and related tax credit sales of a portfolio of dairy RNG projects in Wisconsin, Michigan and Iowa.
- Represented the sponsor to the US$316 million tax equity financing of the Golden Triangle II project in Mississippi, a 150 MW solar photovoltaic system and 200 MWh battery energy storage facility and the Escalante project in New Mexico, a 150 MW solar photovoltaic system.
