Charlotte Davies is a banking and finance lawyer based in London. She has acted for a variety of lenders and borrowers on bilateral and syndicated transactions with domestic and cross-border elements. Charlotte has experience of a range of transactional banking work, including: asset based; lending; technology finance; acquisition finance; and real estate finance.

Charlotte trained in our London office and qualified in April 2016. She completed client secondments at a London-based global derivatives exchange and clearing house, and at one of the firm's major banking clients.
