Dr. Karsten Alex is a corporate and real estate lawyer based in Hamburg. He advises on all aspects of corporate law with a focus on domestic and cross-border transactions, Distressed M&A transactions, corporate structure matters (such as joint ventures in real estate projects) and real estate transactions (such as share and asset deals).
A German native speaker, Karsten is also fluent in English.
