Ganna is a debt capital markets senior associate based in Dubai. Ganna has extensive experience in debt and equity capital markets, structured finance and structured products transactions. She has experience advising leading financial institutions, corporates and government entities in connection with full range of capital markets transactions.

Ganna advises on the full range of debt capital market structures, including standalone bonds, contingent convertibles, covered bonds, sukuk, LPNs, MTN programmes, syndicated/non-syndicated trades by sovereigns, emerging markets and investment grade issuers.

Prior to 2017, Ganna was based in London, where she worked for a Magic Circle law firm for a number of years. Ganna spent a significant amount of time on secondments to international investment banks. She worked on a number transaction in the CIS, focusing on Ukraine and Kazakhstan in the past.

Most recently, Ganna worked on the update of the programmes for the Emirates NBD Bank PJSC and the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector, sukuk for Emirates Airlines, the landmark Tier 1 sukuk issuance for Albaraka Türk Katılım Bankası A.Ş. and the securitisation for Al Rayan Bank Plc, representing the first public securitisation in the UK to be issued under the UK's "alternative finance arrangements" regime designed to facilitate Shariah-compliant securitisations. She also advised the arranging banks on the 2018 upsizing of the Republic of Indonesia's US$25bn sukuk programme and issuances thereunder, including the first ever issuance under the Republic's newly established green bond and green sukuk framework.
