Charlotte Connell is a corporate lawyer based in London. 

Charlotte focuses on both domestic and cross border corporate transactions in private company M&A, joint ventures, private equity and general corporate and commercial agreements in the food and beverage, energy and infrastructure sectors. Charlotte has experience acting on both the buy and sell-side, including in pre-pack administration scenarios. 

Charlotte trained at the firm and qualified as a solicitor in September 2024. During her training with the firm, Charlotte spent six months on secondment to the firm’s banking team in the Singapore office.
