Biography
Paul is an antitrust, competition and regulatory lawyer based in Brussels. He advises on the full spectrum of EU and French competition law, including merger control filings, cartel investigations and distribution agreements. Paul also supports trade associations in navigating their antitrust compliance.
His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including energy, luxury goods, and food manufacturing.
Before joining the firm, Paul worked at an international law firm in Brussels and a boutique competition law practice in Paris. He also gained valuable experience at the French and Belgian competition authorities, as well as at the General Court of the European Union.
