Sam Zadeh is developing a broad practice in all areas of business law, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Mr. Zadeh joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2014 and returned to complete his articles with us in 2015 and 2016. Prior to joining our Toronto office, Mr. Zadeh completed an internship with the legal department of RBC Investor & Treasury Services in Luxembourg, where he gained valuable exposure to corporate governance and organizational matters. Mr. Zadeh also worked as an analyst at a merchant and investment bank in Toronto prior to pursuing his legal career.
While in law school, Mr. Zadeh was awarded the course prize in fiduciary obligation for his policy analysis of special compensation arrangements for director nominees in proxy contests. He also served as a caseworker with the Queen’s Business Law Clinic.
