Norton Rose Fulbright advises on financing DUKA and other consumer brands

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Santander Bank Polska S.A. and Bank BNP Paribas Bank Polska S.A. on the loan facilities made available to companies operating popular consumer brands in Poland: DUKA (kitchen equipment retailer), DLH (wood products producer), Miloo Home (home equipment retailer) and Incood (stationery and school materials producer).

The structure of the financing involved term loan facilities for the refinancing of existing financial indebtedness and financing capex and ancillary facilities, which included overdraft facilities, guarantees and letters of credit.

The Norton Rose Fulbright team in Warsaw was supervised by a banking partner Grzegorz Dyczkowski. The transaction was led by counsel Tomasz Rogalski and associate Aleksander Haleniuk, with assistance from associates Daniel Popek and Jan Ptaszyński.
