Calgary advises syndicate agents on Inter Pipeline Ltd.’s C$700m notes offering

Our Calgary office advised a syndicate of agents in connection with Inter Pipeline Ltd.’s C$700m offering of its 4.232% senior unsecured medium-term notes due June 1, 2027. The offering was used to re-pay an existing C$1.5bn credit facility that is due in 2020 and for general corporate purposes.
The team was led by Marcus Archer and included Dion Legge, Eric Malysa, Allison Numerow and Etienne Godel.
