Our Toronto office advised Toronto Hydro Corporation (THC) on the renewal of its C$1bn medium term note program pursuant to the filing of a short form base shelf prospectus dated July 30, 2019.
Toronto Hydro is the largest municipal electricity distribution company in Canada.
