Strategic Oil & Gas Ltd. completes private placement

The Calgary office advised Strategic Oil & Gas Ltd., an emerging junior oil and gas company based in Calgary, with respect to a private placement of common shares for aggregate gross proceeds of C$50 million.

Strategic Oil and Gas Ltd. (the Company) announced on March 31, 2014, that it had completed its previously announced private placement (the Private Placement). Pursuant to the Private Placement, the Company issued a total of 100,000,000 common shares (the Common Shares) at a price of $0.50 per Common Share, for aggregate gross proceeds of $50,000,000.
