On January 25, 2016, INTEGA Skin Sciences Inc. (INTEGA) announced that it had acquired all of the shares of Valeant Groupe Cosméderme Inc., which holds the Laboratoire Dr Renaud, Pro-Derm, and Premiology product brands, from Valeant Canada Limited (Valeant). The price was not disclosed.
INTEGA was represented internally by Gregory M.C. Orleski, President and CEO.
