Our Quebec City office represented Ernst & Young Inc. as the court-appointed monitor responsible for overseeing the restructuring proceedings of approximately C$80 million for Duvaltex Inc. and other affiliated companies.

We supported the monitor with a range of requests, such as approving the sale of certain assets, some of which were in the United States, establishing a claims process, and submitting a joint transaction and arrangement plan.
