Canadian team advised Wells Fargo on amendment for The Children's Place

Our Montreal and Toronto offices acted as Canadian counsel for Wells Fargo Bank, in respect to the amendment and restatement of its senior secured credit facility to The Children’s Place.

The Children’s Place is a leading specialty retailer of children’s apparel for newborns to pre-teens offering private label merchandise as well as branded product.
