Toronto advises Visa Inc. on US$4bn offering of senior notes

Our Toronto office acted as Canadian counsel to Visa Inc. in connection with its offering of an aggregate of US$4bn of senior notes, which included US$1.5bn of 1.900% senior notes due 2027, US$1.5bn of 2.050% senior notes due 2030 and US$1bn of 2.700% senior notes due 2040. The offering closed on April 2, 2020.
