TELUS Corporation Completes C$1 Billion Debt Offering

On December 8, 2015, TELUS Corporation completed a public offering of C$1 billion in aggregate principal amount of new senior unsecured notes, comprising C$400 million aggregate principal amount of additional 4.85% Series CP notes due on April 5, 2044 and C$600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.75% Series CV notes due on March 10, 2026.

The syndicate for the offering of the notes was co-led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc. and BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc.
