Our Toronto office advised Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) in connection with C$158.25m in credit facilities, comprised of a C$150.75m construction loan and a C$7.5m letter of credit facility. The credit facilities were provided to assist the borrower, Tippett South Inc., with the construction of a 13-storey residential condominium containing 340 units and a 15-storey residential rental building containing 177 units.
