Revol Technologies Inc. seed round capital raise

On January 6, 2015, Revol Technologies Inc. (“Revol”), a Montreal based start-up that is working on creating custom-fit earphones, completed its initial seed round capital raise by way of a private placement offering to a group of private investors.

Revol and its founding shareholders, Daniel Blumer and Navi Cohen, were represented by Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP, with a team comprised of Nicholas Cerminaro and Zachary Frenkiel (Corporate finance and securities), and Antoine Desroches (Tax).
