Client: Department of Justice

Our Ottawa office has assisted the Department of Justice in providing procurement advice and transaction support services to Public Services and Procurement Canada and Library and Archives Canada, with respect to the expansion of Library and Archives Canada’s Gatineau Preservation Centre in Gatineau, Quebec to be delivered by way of a 33 year P3 DBFOM project. The expanded facility will allow Library and Archives Canada to consolidate its archival holdings at its Gatineau campus, and to reorganize its real property portfolio.

The team was led by D. John Naccarato and included, Martin Masse, Michael Brown and Mike Cockburn.
