Bank of America, N.A. announces second amendment and restatement of senior secured asset-based lending revolving credit facility in favour of BCBG Max Azria

On February 5, 2015, BCBG Max Azria and certain of its US and Canadian subsidiaries and affiliates (“BCBGMaxAzriaGroup”), entered into a second amended and restated senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility in the principal amount of US$153m. The facility is agented by Bank of America, N.A, as Administrative Agent, Canadian Agent and Co-Collateral Agent.
