Stuart Olson sale of Broda Construction Inc.

On September 1, 2014, Stuart Olson Inc., a company that provides building construction, commercial and industrial electrical contracting, and industrial insulation services to an array of public and private sector clients, completed the sale of Broda Construction Inc. to TriWest Capital Partners and senior management of Broda for C$39 million.

Norton Rose Fulbright advised Stuart Olson Inc. on all aspects of the sale.  The team was led by Marcus Archer and included Darren Hueppelsheuser, Dion Legge, Bernie Ho and Robert Joseph.
