April 15, 2019

Client: Plenary Group

Our Vancouver office is advising the lenders to a short-listed proponent on its DBFM Royal Inland Hospital project in Kamloops, BC.

The project is expected to include a nine-story tower, which would comprise three floors of inpatient beds, a new surgical suite, a perinatal center, underground and surface parking, and a permanent heliport on top of the building. Renovations to existing facilities are included in the scope of work as well, including an expansion to double the size of the existing emergency department.

The team is led by Jay LeMoine and Jenya Hammond.
