Our Toronto office acts for Ernst & Young Inc., as monitor in the CCAA proceedings of Bondfield Construction Company Limited and various affiliates. The Bondfield group is the general contractor on a number of large scale infrastructure and other construction projects in Ontario. The aggregate value of these projects is in the billions of dollars.
Bondfield continues, under insolvency protection, to deliver critical infrastructure projects in Ontario.
