Managing employment risks, particularly during times of uncertainty, requires the intentional creation of a framework for controls across the employment lifecycle; from recruitment and onboarding, through the course of employment (including the potential sale of the business), to when employment ends. Please join the Calgary Norton Rose Fulbright employment and labour team for a breakfast seminar, developed for senior leadership, on the principles of key workforce preparations to aid in critical decision making.
