Rosie Lamoureux is a member of the business law group focusing on real estate with over 30 years of experience.

She has extensive experience with the acquisition, disposition and financing of residential properties and with commercial properties, including office buildings, industrial buildings, apartment buildings and condominiums. Ms. Lamoureux is responsible for conducting title and off-title searches, drafting documents and final reports as well as attending to and assisting with the closing of transactions.

She has participated in major transactions involving residential and commercial project development, working extensively with developers including the acquisition and financing of the land, coordinating and preparing documents in large volumes and the final sale to ultimate purchasers.
