Joan LaRoche has been a litigation law clerk in Ottawa since 1997, working primarily in the areas of employment and disability insurance defence. From 1981 to 1997 she worked as a litigation assistant for various lawyers in Toronto and Ottawa whose practice involved defending motor vehicle, disability and medical malpractice claims on behalf of insurers.

Ms. LaRoche joined our Ottawa office in 2008.
