Biography
Erika Woolgar practises in our litigation and regulatory teams. Her practice encompasses a wide range of regulatory matters, with a focus on competition and anti-trust law, international trade, business ethics and anti-corruption, and procurement. Erika also represents clients in civil and commercial litigation matters.
Erika has experience conducting cross-border investigations into alleged statutory violations, and has advised clients on a broad range of regulatory matters relating to economic sanctions, trade remedies, government contracting rules, and anti-corruption and business integrity. Her competition and anti-trust practice includes merger reviews in both Canada and the US, developing competition law training programs, and advising clients on civil and criminal matters, including abuse of dominance, price maintenance, and misleading advertising.
