Biography
Paul Macchione practises in all areas of employment and labour law. He regularly advises employers on dismissals, employment agreement interpretation, health and safety, employment standards, labour relations and human rights.
Mr. Macchione has acted on behalf of employers in wrongful dismissal claims, human rights tribunal proceedings, settlement negotiations and labour board matters.
Prior to joining our Toronto office, Mr. Macchione practised at a boutique employment and labour law firm and worked as in-house counsel for one of Ontario’s largest employers.
