Helen Hamel works primarily with members of our litigation practice group. She conducts factual investigations and compiles, analyzes, summarizes and manages documentation. She also conducts searches in various legal records and databases and prepares draft legal proceedings and statements of judicial costs. Ms. Hamel also has vast experience in the collection of accounts, with responsibility for taking appropriate measures to collect sums due to clients pursuant to unpaid accounts, contracts, guarantees, assignments of accounts receivable and other commercial matters.
