Stephen Vincent



Stephen Vincent is a litigation lawyer based in Calgary. He primarily practises in the area of employment litigation, while also assisting clients with other employment and labour matters. He also practises in corporate and commercial litigation, assisting clients with matters pertaining to regulatory compliance and investigations, construction, oil and gas, insurance, contractual disputes, mediation, and many others. 

Stephen joined us as a summer student in 2017 and completed his articles with us in 2020.

Prior to law school, Stephen worked as a professional musician, touring and performing extensively throughout Canada and the United States.

During his time in law school, Stephen volunteered with Student Legal Assistance at the University of Calgary, providing free legal assistance to low-income Albertans. Stephen also represented the University of Calgary at the 2018 Alberta Court of Appeal competitive moot in the civil law category.
