Mike Wilkinson is developing a practice in corporate law with a focus on private equity, mergers and acquisitions.

Mike joined our office as a summer student in 2020 and returned as an articling student in 2021-2022. During his articles, Mike completed a secondment in the legal department of the Royal Bank of Canada, where he gained valuable experience working on a variety of corporate and regulatory matters.

While attending law school, Mike was a caseworker at the Queen's Business Law Clinic. Prior to law school, Mike worked in community entrepreneurship, international oil and gas and hedge fund administration.
