John Pritchard is developing a broad practice in corporate and commercial law with a focus on banking and corporate finance. 

John joined our Toronto office as a summer student in 2022 and returned to complete his articles in 2023 and 2024. During his articling term, John completed a secondment with the legal department of the Royal Bank of Canada where he gained valuable experience assisting on a variety of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
