Eric Davies is an associate on our banking and finance team. His practice is focused on banking and debt finance. He has experience with a range of financing transactions, including domestic and cross-border financing, acquisition financing and corporate financing and has acted for both borrowers and lenders. 

Eric joined our Calgary office as a summer student in 2022 and completed his articles with us in 2024.
