Event

London | 5 juin 2025 | 16:00 – 17:30 BST

This event is organised in partnership with Monckton Chambers.

Join us for a lively debate on group litigation, focused on GLOs, “opt out” group actions under CPR 19.8, and collective proceedings in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Our panel will debate the pros and cons of these procedures, discuss recent developments and the current group litigation landscape, and share insights from their experience acting in some of the most complex and high profile group actions in recent years.

The session will be relevant to anyone involved, or interested in, group litigation and any businesses with potential exposure to group actions in England and Wales.

There will be a Q&A session following the panel debate, then please join us afterwards for networking drinks and canapés.

The event will be run under Chatham House Rules.
