Biography

Devlin Healey is an associate in the New York office. She joined Norton Rose Fulbright in 2018 and focuses her practice on securities and commercial litigation, white-collar defense, regulatory enforcement, government investigations, and internal corporate investigations. Devlin represents corporations, financial institutions, and individuals across a range of industries in investigations, complex litigation, and compliance matters. She has also advised clients on matters before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

In law school, Devlin was a Notes Editor for the Georgetown Journal of Gender and the Law. Her Note, There are No Bras In Space: How Spaceflight Adapted to Women and How Women Adapt to Spaceflight, was published in the journal in 2018. She spent a year interning with NASA's International Law Practice Group and a semester with Sen. Whitehouse's Judiciary Staff during the confirmation of Justice Neil Gorsuch.

Devlin is admitted to practice in New York and the Southern District of New York.
