Sloka Srisai Valleru Borrego is a member of the Corporate, M&A and securities team in the firm's Houston office.

During law school, Sloka participated in the University of Houston Law Center's Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic where she assisted clients with small-business organizational documents and counseled on the structuring of non-profit bylaws.
