• Rockwell Automation in relation to its acquisition of a company that specializes in modular systems for the construction of electrical panels.
• A private equity firm in the acquisition of three clinical research centers, and three companies mainly operating in logistics industry.   
• A private equity fund in connection with an investment in a battery energy storage project (of up to 230 MW).
• A global investment firm in connection with its partnership with a private investment firm specializing in renewable energy infrastructure.
• A chemistry and data public company in relation to PIPE and related corporate governance issues.
