Nicholene is a shipping lawyer based in the Durban office.

Nicholene works closely with Malcolm Hartwell and Andrew Robinson, and has been involved in Boards of  Inquiry at Transnet Port Terminals (damage to high value port equipment and a fatality), urgent High Court applications, advice on and effecting ship arrests, marine insurance matters relating to theft and/or damage to cargo and procurement of port equipment. In addition, Nicholene has presented several webinars and seminars for clients dealing with case law updates and amendments to legislation.

Nicholene obtained her LLB from the University of Kwa Zulu–Natal. She is an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer.
