Biography
Scott Speirs is a disputes and investigations lawyer based in Newcastle. He advises on a wide range of matters, including commercial disputes and internal and external investigations.
Scott is experienced in high court litigation, international arbitration, cross-border criminal investigations and responding to enforcement agencies. He also advises on internal investigations, usually relating to bribery and corruption, fraud or competition infringements.

- Acted for a developer in a multi-million pound breach of confidence claim (settled after first week of trial).
- Acted for a FTSE 250 developer and its insurer against 11 defendants relating to liability and loss arising from defective fire protection at over 400 residential properties (settled the week before trial).
