Our Montreal office acted for National Bank of Canada, as administrative agent, in connection with credit facilities to fund a significant investment by Sagard Private Equity Canada in Courchesne, Larose, Limitée and certain of its subsidiaries as well as to finance the general corporate and working capital purposes of Courchesne, Larose, Limitée.
