International team advises Bombardier on US$1bn senior notes financing

Our Montréal, New York, Hamburg, and London offices have advised Bombardier Inc. on its recent liability management initiative, comprised of a US$1 billion cross-border private placement of senior notes in the US and Canadian capital markets and a contemporaneous debt tender offer for all US$600 million of Bombardier’s 4.75 per cent senior notes due 2019.

The proceeds of the notes offering were used to finance the tender offer, to pay related fees and expenses, and for general corporate purposes.
