Calgary advises Gibson Energy on US$350m HY debt financing

Our Calgary office has advised Gibson Energy on its HY debt financing and a related tender offer for two series of existing outstanding notes. The transaction was valued at US$350 million for the HY offering with a tender for any and all valued at C$250 million 7.00 per cent notes and up to US338.8 million 6.75 per cent notes.
