Vancouver advises on sale transaction of Coastal Pacific Xpress

Acted in connection with the sale of the Coastal Pacific Xpress group of companies (“CPX”) to VersaCold Logistics Services (which is a portfolio company of two large private equity funds, KingSett Capital and Ivanhoé Cambridge, an affiliate of the Caisse de dépôt et placement), Canada’s largest supply chain solutions provider focused exclusively on the handling of temperature-sensitive products. Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Surrey, British Columbia, CPX is a leading provider of refrigerated and temperature-sensitive transportation services throughout Canada and the United States.
