TELUS Corporation Completes C$1.2 Billion Debt Offering

On September 15, 2014, TELUS Corporation completed a public offering of C$1.2 billion in aggregate principal amount of new senior unsecured notes, comprising C$800 million aggregate principal amount of 3.75% Series CQ notes due on January 17, 2025 and C$400 million aggregate principal amount of 4.75% Series CR notes due on January 17, 2045.

The syndicate for the offering of the notes was co-led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. and CIBC World Markets Inc.
