Our Toronto office advised the shareholders of the Accuworx Inc. group of companies in the disposition of the company’s Canadian operations, including Sure Horizon Environmental Inc., to an affiliate of GFL Environmental Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
Accuworx is a leading provider of "cradle to cradle" environmental solutions for a broad base of liquid waste customers throughout Ontario.
GFL, headquartered in Toronto, ON, is a diversified environmental services company providing a comprehensive line of solid waste, infrastructure & soil remediation, and liquid waste management services through its platform of facilities across Canada and in Southeastern Michigan.
