Montreal and Quebec City advised Coveo Solutions Inc. in its C$227m investment

Our Montreal and Quebec City offices have advised Coveo Solutions Inc. (Coveo) on a C$227m investment from various investors and led by Omers. The deal values Coveo at over C$1bn.

The transaction is one of the largest venture capital deals in Canada in 2019. Based in Quebec, Coveo is a fast-growing technology company that provides AI-powered search and recommendations solutions to enterprises.

The matter was led by Emmanuel Grondin and François Duchesneau and included Paul Raymond, Sarah Leclerc, Carl Boulva, Antoine Desroches, Pierre Nicol and Sebastien Gingras.
