Norton Rose Fulbright earns top spot in Canada and breaks through top 10 in Bloomberg’s activism league tables globally

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright is named the top activist advisor in Canada in Bloomberg’s H1 2022 company-side league tables. Our firm made substantial gains elsewhere in the company-side standings, with a move from eighteenth to ninth place as a company-side global legal advisor and improved rankings across all market capitalizations, including <$1b, $1b+, and $5b+ targets.
In addition, Norton Rose Fulbright has the highest stake value of any firm ranked in the company-side tables for Canada and third highest of any firm globally, with a stake value that is more than double the value of the next ranked Canadian competitor.
