  • B-Temia Inc., in connection with the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal filed by B-Temia Inc. under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, which proceedings notably involved implementing a "stalking horse" investment and sale solicitation process, as well as obtaining a reverse vesting order ("RVO").
  • Caisse Populaire Desjardins des Ramées, in its capacity as secured creditor and interim lender, in connection with the receivership proceedings of Résidence Plaisance des Îles inc. and Centre d’hébergement et de soins de longue durée des Îles-de-la-Madeleine inc.
  • Restructuration Deloitte inc.,in its capacity as Monitor, in the context of the restructuring proceedings of Centre de Distribution Transrapide inc. and al. pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.
  • Restructuration Deloitte inc., in its capacity as receiver, in the receivership proceedings of 9442-7416 Québec inc.
