Mary Barger is an associate in our litigation and disputes group. She regularly assists clients with a range of commercial litigation matters, including contractual and shareholder disputes. She also frequently assists with matters related to energy regulation and Indigenous law.

Mary joined our Calgary office as a summer student in 2022 and completed her articles with us in 2025. While articling with the firm, Mary completed a secondment with a Canadian energy company. Prior to law school, Mary worked in crisis public relations in New York.
